I run two-hour-long workshops built around a set of fun three/five-minute exercises, short enough to silence the inner critical voice and spur you on, followed by constructive feedback and open discussion.

With those workshops – and the creative writing courses I run for Cambridge Community Arts and Workers’ Education Association – I am keen to offer a safe space for anyone at any stage in their writing journey to explore and enjoy their creativity.

Please note that I need a minimum of four attendees to run a workshop. You might want to see if your friends are interested in joining you.

‘A very constructive and informative session. Lots of interesting tips re: preparation, planning, editing, descriptive text, etc. So much to think about – the “spark” has now returned and I now feel inspired to continue with my book. Caroline is a very good teacher, knowledgeable and excellent at explaining ways to help improve on writing techniques coupled with “bucket loads” of enthusiasm. Looking forward to further sessions.’
